  Accidentally bought the wrong giftcard and went to exchange not even 2 second after of walking out the door. Manager was called and because I was told I could not exchange it. She then proceeds to condiscendingly ask me if I know what fraud is and tells me people don't need to scratch it to get the money off of it, which I have never heard of but I'm sure it's possible. I then ask what can I actually use the giftcard on as I have no idea (it's a toysrus movies giftcard and I meant to buy a regular toysrus gift card) She doesn't even bother to explain. So I ask well do you have an app or something and all she said was "yeah we have an app" Alisha (store manager) was condescending and rude basically telling me I was trying to commit fraud Will never return to this toysrus
