  I came in 30 minutes before closing time desperately needing some support for my 2 month postpartum tata's. A wonderful lady by the name of Robin greeted me in the lingerie section and asked if I needed any help. I told her of how I had not a clue as to what my bust size was and I needed to find out and find a Balchonette, as it was what I had before pregnancy and it was the best bra, EVER. She measured me and pulled out the perfect kind to try on. It fit like a glove. I hadn't had that sort of boobie support in, quite along while. I asked her if there were any pretty lace type, and she showed me the exact one I had before! I love that damn thing! And so I of course purchased it full of excitement, but was kinda worried about the price. I didn't remember it being so much, 3 years ago. Well, she pulled some magic out of her butt and had me apply for their credit card, and I immediately got $20 off!! I LOVE this store, and I appreciate Robin for helping me out with my bra duh-ness and getting a good deal! I will be back for the second bra!

  Went in today with my mother and best friend all looking to buy bras but needing to be measured first, the customer service was actually terrible and I have always shopped here for my bras so I was in serious shock when we asked for help that the lady just stood there and continued to talk to her coworker. There was also a customer at the counter who waited 15 minutes before one of them finally checked her out. When we finally realized she wasn't going to help us, we turned around to walk out and the woman who was supposed to help us had the nerve to say "I guess they didn't want a bra bad enough" I will never return to this location. When I tried calling, no one answered the phone, more than once. Surprise surprise they're probably in the front still talking, not helping customers. Either there isn't a manager on duty or the manager allows this to go on and yall just lost 3 customers.
